Estimated Delivery Time
Each of our dresses is made from scratch according to customers' specifications. Generally we need 10-20 days to process the order, and before your order is shipped, we process your order and put all your items through our strict quality control inspection. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (please note during January to April, the time might be doubled as it's our busy season)

Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare the order depends on the design of the dress, dresses with a complicated design requires more time than regular ones. (Kindly note that during our busy season, January-April, the process time would be as long as a month)

Shipping Time
We are using well reputed shipping companies, such as UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. Delivery times are 3-5 Business days to all major destinations. And if you are shipping to U.S. or Canada, you can enjoy free shipping when your order is over US$129.
