Cancellation Policy
1. Unpaid orders
All the unpaid orders would be cancelled automatically 30 days after you place the order.
2. Paid orders
a) If you cancel the order before the beginning of tailoring, you are entitled to get a full refund.
b) If you cancel the order after the beginning of tailoring, your refund is calculated upon the tailoring hours.
We will start the tailoring within 12 hours after your payment.

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
